Another girl is on the way!

My cousin Aleia is pregnant and just found out she is having a little girl too!  I am very excited because our girls will be so close in age, about a month apart.  Sunday afternoon, she had a gender reveal party where we popped balloons with glitter in them to let us know what she's having.  Will and I popped the right balloon and it was full of pink glitter.  So cute!

County Fair & Belly Pic

We took Will to the county fair today.  We had such a good time and it was a beautiful day!  We got there right at 10:00 this morning and we beat all the crowds.   It was so nice because we didn't have to wait in any lines to ride the rides.  Will loved it!

Midweek Randoms...

I thought I would copy some of my favorite blogs and post about some midweek random things.

• Right now I love Cocoa Butter for Stretch Marks.  I have started using this on my ever growing belly and I love how soft it makes my skin.  Plus I love the smell of cocoa butter!

• I can't wait to eat the chocolate cake with chocolate icing that my wonderful husband brought me today.  I didn't really have a birthday cake so he surprised me with one tonight!  A big glass of milk and chocolate cake...doesn't get much better these days!

• I love all the Real Housewives on the Bravo channel.  Is that terrible?  I just can't get enough of their crazy lives! 

• I just finished a good murder mystery book, Miracle Cure by Harlan Coben.  Now I need another good book.  Any suggestions?

• My mom got me this super cute owl garden flag for Fall.  It is personalized with a "P" on it and I love the colors.

• Finally I am excited about Friday night because we are having girls night!  We are celebrating my birthday and another girl's from work with a dinner and good times!

My Birthday & 22 Weeks!

Today's my birthday!  The day has flown by but it's been a good day.  My work day went very smoothly.  Mom and dad brought over Chinese and presents so I didn't have to cook supper.  I got some money, maternity clothes, and a new pair of Toms.  I'm a happy girl!

I am also 22 weeks pregnant today!  I am feeling pretty good.  My only problems or complaints are leg cramps at night, acne on my face, and achy feet.  I am wearing better shoes to work so my feet are feeling better.  Not sure what to do about the cramps and acne.  Any suggestions?

Everything else is going really well.  No major cravings yet except orange juice which is really not that bad for me.  I would definitely say that I am in maternity clothes because I can't button any of my regular pants.  I even put on a t shirt tonight that was too tight!  I have to admit that I love the maternity pants with the bands.  They are so comfy! 

Our little girl is definitely moving around because I can feel her now especially when I am laying down flat on my back.  I love feeling the little flutters and movements!  My next doctor appointment is Friday and is just a belly checkup.  Feeling very blessed and happy!

Date Night & Petey

Bryan and I went on a date last night for my birthday.  My actual birthday isn't until Tuesday but we enjoyed a little shopping and a really nice dinner out last night just the two of us.  I will be the big 34 on Tuesday!

Bryan bought me some comfy shoes for my birthday.  Can you believe these are crocs?  They are so comfy and will be great for work.  I got them in black and brown.

Yesterday afternoon we had a little visitor in the backyard.  Bryan caught a little green snake and put him a jar for Will.  Will named him Petey.  Don't worry...we are not keeping him.  We let him go in the woods.

Pregnancy is still going great!  I am feeling good and getting a little belly.  I will start belly pictures soon!

Chain Letter

I am not a big fan of chain letters but I did participate in one for Will.  This one was a book letter where you send a book to a child's name on the letter and then add your own child.  You have to pass out five letters to different Mama's and yes you get dirty looks when you hand it to them.  BUT look how excited Will was today when he got a brand new book in the mail!!!

I guess it was worth it!
