Swim Lesson

Today I took Will to his first swim lesson.  We are going to Kim's house who is a family member and she has a pool in her backyard.  She is wonderful with kids and at teaching swimming.  Will did great today, he got use to being in the water with Kim and use to his surroundings.  He even practiced a little kicking in the water.  Kim thinks he is going to do just fine because he wasn't really afraid of the water.  We are going to go twice a week for 10 sessions this summer.  I love taking him to someone that I trust and know personally.

13 Months Old

Will is officially all over the place!  He is walking and climbing everywhere.  He loves to laugh and dance (even when there's no music).  He is a good eater and a good sleeper.  He now stays up till around 8 and sleeps till 7.  I'm not complaining!  He is constantly jabbering and can say mama and dada. Will is so much fun to be around and loves to be around people.  He doesn't meet a stranger and enjoys going places.  Being outside is Will's favorite place right now.  He is growing up so fast and things just keep getting better and better!

My JCrew "Bubble" knock-off necklace came today from China.  It looks just as good as the original and I only paid $15.00 on Ebay!  Love it!

Summer Celebration!

Today we went over to my friend Kim's house to celebrate the end of school and the beginning of summer vacation!  The kids played, we ate bar-b-que, and socialized.  Will loved Kim's house because she has a big dog named Charlie and chickens!  I am so glad that I work with such wonderful people that I love hanging out with and consider to be great friends!

Favorite Commercial

Whenever the Harris Teeter commercial comes on tv, Will stops what he is doing and watches it.  He will even start dancing a bit!  He doesn't really watch much tv but the HT commercial catches his attention every time!

Book, Wagon, & Belly!

Will's favorite book is Llama, Llama, Wakey-Wake and he loves to read it.  Will loves all books!  He can have a floor full of toys and he will always grab the books.  This makes me very happy!

He also discovered that he can pull his wagon today while he walks!

Will's latest trick is that he will rub his belly on command.  It is so funny!
