14 Months & Discovery Place Kids

Today my baby boy is 14 months old!

He is walking around everywhere and loves to be outside!

Will points at everything and says lots of sounds!

He is wearing size 12 months clothes and size 3 shoes.  Diapers are still size 3.  

He eats a variety of foods but loves cheese quesadillias, peanut butter sandwiches, goldfish, and grapes.

Will still doesn't love to ride in the car!

He doesn't like for someone to leave the room and he loves his daddy!

He likes water and enjoys playing around the house.

Roxy is his best friend!

We feel like Will is changing so much everyday!  Time really needs to slow down because our baby is no longer a baby!  He is fun, energetic, chatty, and sooooo sweet!!

Today we went to Discovery Place Kids with Ashley & Aiden.  The kids had a great time playing!

On the way home we met Bryan for lunch at Cici's pizza and then the boys fell asleep.  They were exhausted!

X Factor!

Today my friend Ashley and I took a mommy break and went to see the X Factor auditions for the TV show.  Ashley has been before but I have never been to the taping of a live show before.  It was really fun and exciting!  During our taping, around 20 people performed in front of the judges.  Some were good, some were bad!  We had good seats off to the side of the stage but could see things really well.   The most exciting part was seeing the famous judges for the first time.  When they entered the auditorium it was crazy!  People screaming!!!  The judges talked to the performers, asked them some questions and then made comments after their singing.  It was just like you see on TV!  We were allowed to take pictures of the judges but not of the performers.

I had to take a picture of Ashley's pocketbook because it was full of snacks.  You know you are getting old when you sneak in snacks because they are too expensive inside!!!  I am so glad she thought of that because we did munch a bit throughout the show.  

We had so much fun today and it was a new experience for me!  I am glad Ashley invited me and it was nice to have a girls fun day!

Fourth of July at the Beach

Last Friday, my mom and I headed down to the beach with Will for a long week.  Bryan joined us on Tuesday night and we just got home today.  As you know by now, I love the beach and would stay there all of the time but we have to come home sometime.  Will played on the beach and in his little pool at the house.  While we were there, Will has been such a big eater!  I don't know if he is going through a growing spurt or what but he ate all day everyday!  We had a great time but it is always good to come back home.
