My baby boy is now CRAMMING his little fist into his mouth! He makes this funny sucking noise while he is exploring his hands. So far he has not found the thumb. The bad part about the new hand fascination is that Will is getting little bumps on his chin. I read online (I try not to do that too much) that the bumps can be caused from germs on his hands, moisture from pacifiers, and formula on his chin while eating. He doesn't act like they bother him so I am not terribly worried. I just hope they don't leave scars.
A few close-ups of my baby boy's precious little face!
I wouldn't be too concerned. He is just precious. I love the last picture.
ReplyDeleteMy passy girls (the older 3) would get those chin bumps too. It's just the moisture on the skin. He is probably drooling more like Peanut is, too! They went away on their own, so you can rest easy Mama! :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I have to share a "first time mama" story with you...when my oldest was a baby, she had a pinpoint rash all over one of her cheeks. Really freaked me out. did not go to the doc, but it took me all night and the next day to figure out it was hubby's five o'clock shadow that left it's mark when he kissed all over her face! Ha! Now we all recognize it and call it "daddy rash".
Yeah Garrett had the same thing, especially when he started drooling more. They went away on their own, I don't think you have anything to worry about! He's such a cutie!
