Friday Night Girls Night

Last night was a girls night.  Angela and I went to our friend's house Kendra who was hosting a Stella & Dot jewelry party.  I love this jewelry!  I really could have bought one of everything but I restrained myself and only bought one necklace.  It is the cutest owl necklace which I think will be super cute for the spring and summer months ahead.

Angela and I then went to dinner.  We had some sushi and great food. 

 I noticed last night at the party and dinner how much our topics of conversation have changed.  I'm not sure what we really focused on before but now all of our lives revolve around babies and families these days.  Most of the ladies have small children and everyone exchanges stories about how they are growing and changing.  They talk about their babies personalities and problems they may be having.  I can't wait to share stories about "Baby Pruitt" one day (hopefully one day soon)!

I hope everyone has a great weekend!  The weather is suppose to be really nice today so I think Bryan and I are going to plant some bushes and freshen up the yard.

Braden's Baptism

This morning we attended our friends Scott & Angela's church for their son Braden's baptism.  After the baptism, Scott & Angela hosted a beautiful luncheon in honor of Braden.  We had a great time!

Prayer Request

I read about Lucy on some other blogs that I follow and I wanted to ask everyone to pray for sweet Lucy.  You can read about her story here.  I don't know this family or Lucy personally but they could really use everyone's prayers right now.  

From what I understand, Lucy had some brain tumors that had to be removed and then was diagnosed with meningitis.  Lucy was completely healthy a week ago and is now suffering through this terrible disease.  Keep them in your prayers!

Tonight's Fortune & A Clean Puppy

Tonight was Chinese night and check out my fortune!

Wow!  What a great fortune.  It went straight to the refrigerator door for safe keepings.  It's the little things that can really make your day!

Tonight Roxy got a bath and she smells great!  She is so cute when she's wet.  She will run around the house like crazy as soon as she is done and then collapse.  Look at those wild eyes!
